As a Saved Bible Believer we know that we are living near the end of this Church Age, there might be a short time now before the blessed hope arrives and the Great Tribulation begins. So it is no surprised that there are a lot of bad things that are going on in this world currently, be it wars or natural disasters and also a lot of evil spirits that are gone out deceiving people one of which is what’s happening in Asbury University dubbed as the “Asbury Revival”
Let’s discern whether the Asbury Revival is from God or from the devil using what’s written in the Bible.

What does the Bible says about women preachers?
2 Timothy 2:11-14 King James Version
"11Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression."
Regarding prophesying, speaking in tongues, casting out demons and faith healing...
1 Corinthians 12:27-31 King James Version
27Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
28And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
29Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
30Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
31But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
Are they part of the body of Christ? In order to be part of the body of Christ you first have to be saved! And the first thing to know that you’re saved is that you have heard the saving Gospel, admit that you’re a sinner and confess it to Jesus and ask Him to be your Lord and Saviour, fully trusting on His finished work at the cross.
Are they even reading the King James Bible?
As the article said that there is “seemingly little or no Gospel preaching” in Asbury.
Jesus warned the people that if you do these good works without being saved, you’ll still be considered "workers of iniquity" and will be cast out.

Asbury Revival tolerating Homosexuality
"Just met with an openly queer student who said ultimately they have seen progress at the school over the past 4 years and believe this revival is planting seeds that will do more good than harm."

There’s no repentance, nor any Gospel on Salvation being preached in Asbury, all the while tolerating homosexuals, these have all the hallmarks of a “bad fruit”
Matthew 7:17-18 King James Version
17Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Thus we can conclude that the spirit in the Asbury Revival is not of God but of the flesh and the devil.
How can we discern what spirit is from God or the devil?
We have to study the word of God (2 Timothy 2:15), as for revivals, it has to be grounded on right doctrine and preaching with the right Bible, which is the King James Bible.
